Jason focuses his mediation practice on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, while also handling a wide range of commercial cases. He has mediated cases at every stage of the litigation lifecycle—from pre-suit negotiations and eve-of-trial mediations to appeals and cases on remand.

Jason is equipped to mediate in any jurisdiction, leveraging a career spent litigating in state and federal courts across the country. He has approached disputes from every perspective: the judiciary (as a clerk for a federal judge), the defense side (while practicing at Am Law 20 firms), and the plaintiff’s side (while practicing at a premier litigation boutique). This diverse experience provides him with a unique understanding of the risks and motivations of all parties, allowing him to bridge gaps that might otherwise stall a resolution.

Jason conducts both Zoom and in-person mediations. He offers half-day and full-day sessions to accommodate disputes of different complexities.
