Fee Schedule

Jason conducts videoconference mediations using Zoom, which is an effective and efficient platform for mediating commercial disputes.

Jason offers videoconference mediations at a reduced fee to reflect the convenience and costs savings from not needing to travel.

Full-day mediations begin at 9:00 a.m. with an anticipated end time of 5:00 p.m.

Some mediations may require additional time and continue past 5:00 p.m. Jason is committed to working with the parties until the mediation has concluded.

For full-day mediations that are held in person, the fee also includes lunch.

Half-day mediations are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

If the parties would like to continue the mediation beyond the designated end time, an additional hourly fee will be charged and split between the parties.

If you expect the mediation to exceed four hours, kindly book a full-day mediation.

Jason is available for in-person mediations at a location arranged for by the parties. Jason is based in Austin, Texas, and is willing to travel within Texas and throughout the country.

The fee for in-person mediations includes Jason’s travel expenses and time. The mediation fee schedule displays the in-person fees for mediations held within 60 miles of Austin.

Additional fees may apply for in-person mediations held further than 60 miles from Austin.
